Feedback or Complaints
We warmly welcome comments, suggestions, and feedback from our parents, which can be submitted through the school office. Our regular Parent Forum meetings are another excellent platform for discussing general school matters or putting forward suggestions.
If your concern is specifically related to your child, please get in touch with the school office or the relevant staff member, as detailed on our 'Our Team' page.
In the event of a complaint, we earnestly hope that any issues or conflicts can be resolved through informal or formal discussions following your initial contact with us. We take every reported problem seriously and strive to resolve issues promptly to prevent escalation. However, should you feel the need to lodge a formal complaint after initial discussions, we encourage you to refer to our complaints policy for the appropriate procedures.
