Complaints Policy
Here at Brookhurst we believe that we provide a good education for all our children.
We are pleased with the positive relationships that have been built and maintained with our parents. However, we understand the need to have procedures in place in case there are complaints by a parent or carer.
Our complaints procedure has been developed by our governers to deal with formal complaints from members of the school community or general public.
